1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by anhem888 through the website anhem888.games, including but not limited to the anhem888 Casino, sports betting, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting, Captain's Bounty, and all other gaming products made available to registered players.

By completing the anhem888 registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. 2 Eligibility & Registration

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on anhem888. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using anhem888 is permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. anhem888 makes no warranty or representation that access to its platform is legal in your specific location.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your anhem888 login credentials, including your registered Pakistani mobile number and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified anhem888 of suspected unauthorised access via the support email [email protected].

3.2 Account Verification (KYC). anhem888 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a Player to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims. Documents that may be requested include a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Closure. Players may request closure of their anhem888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money PKR balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to verification, will be returned via the Player's registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. anhem888 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified in advance of any such deduction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. anhem888 supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit on anhem888 is 500 PKR. The minimum withdrawal is also 500 PKR. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the anhem888 Cashier section and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. anhem888 aims to process PKR withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. anhem888 does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals, though third-party processing fees may apply depending on the payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed after a player has completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with claimed bonus funds. anhem888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Promotional Eligibility. All bonuses and promotions offered on anhem888 are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires a verified anhem888 account in good standing. Bonuses are available to Pakistan players unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly; placing low-risk or opposing bets to clear wagering requirements; using bonus funds in games or bet types excluded from wagering contribution; or any behaviour that anhem888 determines, in its sole discretion, is designed to exploit the bonus system rather than to engage in good-faith play.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. anhem888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has met the applicable wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on anhem888 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or sports betting section. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before participating.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. anhem888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed using odds that were published in error, where a technical fault has occurred, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or fraudulent activity.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market. anhem888 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits where warranted.

6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. anhem888 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, connection failures, or interruptions to service.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on anhem888 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Registering more than one account on anhem888, whether under your own identity or a false identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with anhem888 games or betting markets
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live poker or card game formats, to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using anhem888 for any illegal financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in any activity that anhem888 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the platform or other players

8 Intellectual Property

All content on anhem888.games, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, and the anhem888 brand identity, is the intellectual property of anhem888 and/or its licensors. No content from anhem888.games may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of anhem888.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

anhem888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the anhem888 Privacy Policy. anhem888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the anhem888 platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
